ÉDS Dragons - Esports

Established in 2020, the ÉDS Dragons esport team currently competes with the Manitoba School Esports Association (MSEA) and Esport Canada.  Our team is for Grade 6-8 students who are interested in gaming at a more competitive level.  We play in seasons and tournaments against other schools in the province and the country.

Our current titles that we compete in are Rocket League (October-November 2023), Minecraft (December-January 2024, Brawlhalla (February-March 2024), and Pokémon Unite (April 2024).  There will be tournaments and opportunities for other titles as the year goes on.

Nathan Koblun, Jodi Craigen and Ryan Hrabi share the title of Esport Director.  If you have any questions about how your child can get involved, please contact one of them.

If you have any extra equipment (older gaming laptops, Xbox One/PS4 controllers or newer, monitors/tvs with HDMI etc.) that you would like to donate toward our students competing please contact Nathan Koblun ([email protected]).  A more in-depth wish list of the equipment we are looking for can be found on the sidebar.
