We are pleased to share that EDS will now be using School Cash Online for all field trip permission forms, payments, and other school-related purchases. It is important that all parents and guardians create their School Cash Online account as soon as possible so you can begin receiving and completing these items right away.
Using School Cash Online helps keep students’ information and payments more secure. Paper forms can sometimes be misplaced on the way to or from school and may contain personal information. It also eliminates the need for students to carry cash, reducing the risk of money being lost or stolen.
This system also makes the process more efficient for families and staff. Permission forms can be completed online with just a few clicks, and payments can be made quickly and safely from any device. This helps ensure that forms and fees are submitted on time and reduces administrative processing at the school.
