The ÉDS Red Dragons and ÉDS Black Dragons competed this Saturday in the Manitoba School Esports Association Provincial Top-10 Brawlhalla Tournament. 34 teams were reduced to 10 through the regular season and a Wild Card tournament, and the final 10 teams went head-to-head. Most of the teams competed in-person at École Dugald School on Saturday, playing in a Round Robin that led to a final playoff bracket. ÉDS Red Dragons finished 2nd in their pool while the ÉDS Black Dragons finished 3rd in theirs. The Red Dragons fell to the eventual tournament champions in the first round of the playoffs.
It was great to see teams from all over the province come together here for an amazing tournament. A special thank you to the teams that made the trip to Dugald - John Henderson, Valley Gardens, Shevchenko, Marion, and Munroe. It was wonderful to compete together and I'm excited to see what comes out of next season!
